c3.4) Đối với những lô hàng phải kiểm tra thực tế hàng hóa, công chức sau khi hoàn tất việc kiểm tra hồ sơ hải quan, chỉ ghi nhận kết quả kiểm tra hồ sơ tại ô “Cập nhật ý kiến của công chức xử lý”, không thực hiện CEA/CEE và chuyển hồ sơ sang Bước 3.
Đối với những hồ sơ do bước 3 chuyển về do kết quả kiểm tra thực tế hàng hóa không đúng so với khai báo của người khai hải quan và hàng hóa thuộc đối tượng phải tính lại thuế thì công chức kiểm tra hồ sơ thông báo cho người khai hải quan khai bổ sung bằng “Chỉ thị của Hải quan” thông qua nghiệp vụ IDA01/EDA01 (mã A). Nếu quá thời gian quy định và còn trong thời hạn hiệu lực tờ khai mà người khai hải quan không thực hiện việc bổ sung thì công chức hải quan thực hiện việc bổ sung và ấn định thuế như đã hướng dẫn tại điểm b.3.2 Bước này và thực hiện tiếp các thủ tục theo quy định.
