Danh sách điểm nhận nhiên liệu chính sẽ được thông báo ngay khi nhận thẻ, hoặc thông báo bằng email ngay khi cập nhật bổ sung. Khi nhận nhiên liệu tại điểm chính, người lái xe không cần lấy hóa đơn VAT. Nhận xăng ngoài điểm chính, người lái xe phải nhận hóa đơn VAT tại cửa hàng và chuyển về Công ty trước ngày 28 hằng tháng. Trường hợp, quên hay mất hóa đơn của số nhiên liệu đổ bằng Flexicard, công ty sẽ trừ mỗi lit nhiên liệu này 600 Đ để liên lạc cửa hàng nhận hóa đơn bổ sung.
