Hiện nay, Nhà thầu đang chuẩn bị các điều kiện để thi công hầm chui cầu Rào (đã ép xong 02 cọc thử BTCT), trong đó có điều kiện về nguồn cấp điện phục vụ công trường.
Theo thiết kế, trạm biến áp SS11-250KVA 22/0,4KV phục vụ cho trạm bơm đặt tại hầm chui cầu Rào sẽ được nối với trạm biến áp SS-08 (160KVA 22/0,4KV) tại lý trình Km 14+ 750 để lấy nguồn điện từ trạm này. Tuy nhiên, hiện nay trạm biến áp SS-08 chưa thể xây dựng vì đang vướng mặt bằng và trạm này sẽ được xây dựng sau để cung cấp điện cho hệ thống chiếu sáng của Gói thầu CW3A.
Để có thể lắp đặt trạm biến áp SS11 phục vụ thi công bây giờ và sau này sử dụng cho trạm bơm, Nhà thầu đề xuất phương án được đấu nối nguồn điện từ trạm biến áp Cát Bi 13-250KV-22/0,4KV hiện có (đính kèm bản vẽ phương án).
Nhà thầu xin cam kết thực hiện các thủ tục với các cơ quan chức năng cho phép thi công, đấu nối điện và thi công lắp đặt đường cáp ngầm và trạm biến áp SS11 đúng theo hồ sơ kỹ thuật đã được phê duyệt.
Kính đề nghị Quý Ban xem xét, chấp thuận phương án xây dựng và đấu nối nguồn điện nêu trên, làm cơ sở để Nhà thầu thực hiện công tác lắp đặt Trạm, phục vụ kịp thời cho công tác thi công hạng mục hầm chui Cầu Rào.
