Bên B chịu trách nhiệm về việc bảo mật về thông tin trong suốt thời gian thực hiện và sau khi kết thúc hợp đồng, và chỉ được tiết lộ cho bên thứ ba nếu được sự đồng ý trước của bên A bằng văn bản.
