- Giữ ấm cho nạn nhân. Xử trí nếu có hạ thân nhiệt xảy ra ( xem bài cấp cứu hạ thân nhiệt )
- Chuyển nạn nhân tới bệnh viện ngay. Phải coi đay là trường hợp cấp cứu ưu tiên và phải theo dõi sát trong quá trình vận chuyển.
