4.1. Bên A có nghĩa vụ thực hiện đầ

4.1. Bên A có nghĩa vụ thực hiện đầy đủ và đúng hạn các công việc thuộc trách nhiệm của mình theo nội dung đã thống nhất giữa các bên. Từ đó tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho Bên B thực hiện tốt nhiệm vụ của mình;
4.2. Cung cấp cho Bên B tất cả thông tin cần thiết cho mục đích sắp xếp, lên kế hoạch chương trình và đặt vé máy bay cho người tham gia;
4.3. Có quyền duyệt các nội dung chương trình trước khi Bên B thực hiện;
4.4. Chỉ định cán bộ giám sát, liên lạc, hướng dẫn hỗ trợ giải quyết công việc cùng với Bên B trong suốt quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng. Theo đó, nhân sự này của Bên A phải luôn có mặt để cùng Bên B giải quyết công việc. Trong trường hợp không có mặt của Nhân sự Bên A, Bên B được toàn quyền quyết định, xử lý các công việc liên quan và phát sinh. Khi đó, Bên A sẽ không thể khiếu nại là dịch vụ không được thực hiện đúng theo yêu cầu mà các bên thống nhất;
