Cảm ơn Quý khách hàng đã quan tâm tới dịch vụ pháp lý tại Hãng luật LETO. Chúng tôi xin cung cấp nội dung tư vấn và các thông tin dịch vụ như sau:
I. NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC:
Tư vấn, Thẩm định tài liệu, Dựng hồ sơ và đại diện thực hiện thủ tục Công bố tiêu chuẩn chất lượng sản phẩm thực phẩm thường ( dụng cụ, phụ gia, hương liệu, thực phẩm) nhập khẩu.
II. TÀI LIỆU CẦN CUNG CẤP:
- Kết quả kiểm nghiệm trong vòng 12 tháng gồm các chỉ tiêu chất lượng chủ yếu, chỉ tiêu an toàn do phòng kiểm nghiệm được cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền chỉ định hoặc phòng kiểm nghiệm độc lập được công nhận cấp (Bản gốc hoặc bản sao chứng thực);
- Mẫu nhãn sản phẩm (Nhãn chính có xác nhận của thương nhân);
- Mẫu sản phẩm: Tối thiểu 03 mẫu/ sản phẩm;
- Giấy chứng nhận lưu hành tự do - CFS (Certificate of Free sale) hoặc là Health Certificate đối với phụ gia, hương liệu thực phẩm ( Lưu ý: CFS phải được hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự).
- Bản sao Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh của đơn vị đứng tên công bố;
- C/O (Giấy chứng nhận xuất xứ - Certificate of Origin) đối với sản phẩm rượu;
III. CHI PHÍ:
- Phí công bố:
01 -05 sản phẩm: 3.650.000 VNĐ/01 sản phẩm
06 – 10 sản phẩm: 3.500.000 VNĐ/01 sản phẩm
11 – 30 sản phẩm: 3.350.000 VNĐ/ 01 sản phẩm
Trên 30 sản phẩm: 3.150.000 VNĐ/01 sản phẩm
- Phí trên đã bao gồm phí nhà nước, phí dịch vụ (Không có phí phát sinh).
- Phí trên chưa bao gồm 10% thuế VAT;
- Trong trường hợp Quý khách hàng thực hiện kiểm nghiệm tại nước ngoài: Ngoài kết quả kiểm nghiệm của đơn vị kiểm nghiệm thứ ba độc lập, cần cung cấp bản sao Giấy phép hoạt động (ISO 17025) của đơn vị kiểm nghiệm có thể hiện ngành nghề hoạt động kiểm nghiệm;
- Trong trường hợp Quý khách hàng thực hiện kiểm nghiệm tại Việt Nam: LETO sẽ hỗ trợ thực hiện kiểm nghiệm để kết quả kiểm nghiệm được hoàn thiện nhanh chóng, hợp pháp và phù hợp với đòi hỏi của việc công bố sản phẩm. Phí dịch vụ hỗ trợ kiểm nghiệm ( 200.000VNĐ/sản phẩm).
+ Chi phí kiểm nghiệm: Theo báo giá và có hoá đơn GTGT của Trung tâm kiểm định. Chúng tôi có thể xác định cụ thể sau khi thẩm định nhãn sản phẩm mà Khách hàng cung cấp.
+ Thời gian kiểm nghiệm: 07 ngày làm việc.
IV. THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC
Thời gian thực hiện: trong vòng 10 – 15 ngày làm việc (Không kể các ngày lễ) kể từ ngày nộp hồ sơ lên cục ATVSTP của bộ Y tế.
Lưu ý: Quý khách muốn làm nhanh, LETO cung cấp thông tin dịch vụ làm nhanh như sau:
- Kiểm nghiệm: Thời gian là 04 ngày làm việc;
Chi phí kiểm nghiệm là tăng 50% so với chi phí thông thường.
- Công bố: Thời gian là 05 – 07 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nộp hồ sơ lên cục ATVSTP của bộ Y tế;
Phí công bố: 7.500.000 VNĐ/ 01 sản phẩm (Phí trên đã bao gồm phí nhà nước, phí dịch vụ (Không có phí phát sinh - Phí trên chưa bao gồm 10% thuế VAT).
V. PHƯƠNG THỨC THANH TOÁN:
Việc thanh toán được chia làm hai lần:
- Lần 01: 50% giá trị Hợp đồng (Ngay sau khi ký);
- Lần 02: 50% giá trị Hợp đồng (Sau khi nhận kết quả cuối cùng);

IV. TIME WORKING
Time: within 10-15 working days (not including holidays) from the date of their submission to the Department of Food Hygiene and Safety of the Ministry of Health.
