Điều 75. Lập kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa lưới điện, nhà máy điện
1. Kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa lưới điện, nhà máy điện được lập cho các giai đoạn: hai (02) năm tiếp theo, mười hai (12) tháng tới, một (01) tháng tới, một (01) tuần tới và một (01) ngày tới.
2. Kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa lưới điện, nhà máy điện phải đảm bảo việc phối hợp lịch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa cho tất cả các thiết bị để giảm thiểu ảnh hưởng tới an ninh cung cấp điện toàn hệ thống.
3. Định kỳ hàng năm, Đơn vị truyền tải điện và Khách hàng sử dụng lưới điện truyền tải phải cung cấp cho Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa lưới điện, nhà máy điện cho hai (02) năm tiếp theo.
4. Trên cơ sở các thông tin về kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa được cung cấp, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện có trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa thiết bị điện cho các tổ máy phát điện, đường dây truyền tải điện và các thiết bị kết nối liên quan, nhằm mục đích giảm thiểu ảnh hưởng tới an ninh cung cấp điện toàn hệ thống.
5. Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện được phối hợp với các đơn vị có liên quan để đề xuất kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa thiết bị nhằm mục đích tối thiểu hóa ảnh hưởng tới an ninh cung cấp điện toàn hệ thống.
6. Trên cơ sở kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện phải công bố các thông tin sau:
a) Kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa lưới điện và nhà máy điện cho hai (02) năm tiếp theo;
b) Lịch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa lưới điện và nhà máy điện cho mười hai (12) tháng tới;
c) Lịch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa lưới điện và nhà máy điện hàng tháng;
d) Lịch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa lưới điện và nhà máy điện hàng tuần;
đ) Lịch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa lưới điện và nhà máy điện hàng ngày.
7. Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện phải định kỳ công bố kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa như sau:
a) Kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa hai (02) năm tiếp theo phải được cập nhật và công bố hàng năm;
b) Lịch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa mười hai (12) tháng tới phải được cập nhật và công bố định kỳ ba (03) tháng;
c) Lịch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa hàng tháng phải được cập nhật và công bố hàng tuần;
d) Lịch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa tuần phải được cập nhật và công bố hai (02) lần một (01) tuần cho bảy (07) ngày tiếp theo;
đ) Lịch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa ngày phải được công bố hai (02) lần trong ngày và xét tới hai mươi tư (24) giờ tiếp theo.
