Tuy chưa thật sự có nhiều kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực văn phòng, nhưng những kinh nghiệm đúc kết từ việc làm bán thời gian từ thời còn học đại học cũng đã giúp ích cho tôi và tích lũy được phần nào kinh nghiệm sống . Chẳng hạn như khi học đại học tôi có đi làm phục vụ nhà hàng, tuy công việc này phải bưng bê, dọn dẹp là chính nhưng trong công việc, tôi luôn phải tiếp xúc với khách hàng rất nhiều, nhiều lứa tuổi khác nhau, vì thế, công việc này đòi hỏi phải có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, nhạy bén, biết để ý thấy dáng vẻ khách như muốn gì cần gì là hỏi han khách lập tức để có thể làm hài lòng khách và phục họ chu đáo. Lúc đầu tôi làm chưa thực sự tốt, cũng có khi để khách hàng than phiền nhưng ngày qua ngày tôi cố gắng học hỏi và trau dồi thêm kiến thức, kỹ năng từ đồng nghiệp tôi có kinh nghiệm hơn, giải quyết vấn đề khách hàng tốt hơn.
