1/ Lắp ráp 1 – Chuyền 12:
- Bình mực bị tràn không được để vào khay
- Bình dung môi không có tên nhãn
- Khung tủ rời để sai nơi quy định ( Ko 5S)
2/ Kho hóa chất:
- Khay đựng các thùng hóa chất bị đọng nước
- Nhãn tên bị rớt
3/ Khu vực bình chức nước:
- Khung chuyền để lâu ngày
