Do đó truyển thông cho cộng đồng và nâng cao nhận thức của họ về việc sử dụng bao cao su là các hoạt động quan trọng và đây là một trong những hoạt động không thể thiếu trong các chương trình phòng lây nhiễm HIV và các bệnh lây truyền qua đường tình dục.
