Việc ủy quyền sử dụng tài khoản có thể tực hiện:
-Từng lần (Chỉ thực hiện một lần giao dịch và khi thực hiện xong giao dịch thù văn bản hết hiệu lực)
-Có thời hạn hiệu lực (Thực hiện một số lần giao dịch trong thời hạn nhất định)
b. Thời hạn hiệu lực của văn bản ủy quyền là thời hạn được ghi rõ trong giấy ủy quyền hoặc trong vòng 01 năm kể từ ngày ký ủy quyền nếu giấy ủy quyền không ghi thời hạn ủy quyền.
-Việc ủy quyền chấm dứt trong các trường hợp sau đây:
+ Giấy ủy quyền hết hạn mà không được gia hạn;
+ Công việc ủy quyền đã hoàn thành;
+ Bên ủy quyền có văn bản gửi Eximbank về việc thay thế, hủy bỏ nội dung ủy quyền;
+ Bên ủy quyền hoặc bên được ủy quyền chết, bị mất hoặc hạn chế năng lực hành vi dân sự, bị Tòa án tuyên bố mất tích hoặc đã chết.
