Theo quy định của pháp luật, bác sĩ không được phép bán thuốc nên toa thuốc do bác sĩ bán sẽ không được bảo hiểm chi trả. Ngược lại, bác sĩ Đông y được quyền bán thuốc với điều kiện xuất được hóa đơn hợp lệ.
Tiền khám bệnh sẽ được Công ty bảo hiểm chi trả nếu bệnh đó thuộc phạm vi bảo hiểm của Hợp đồng bảo hiểm và khách cung cấp được hóa đơn hợp lệ.
