Tôi vừa mua một cái laptop vào chủ nhật tuần rồi.
Nhưng hôm nay nó bị lỗi cửa sổ. Và tôi bảo hành nó ở cửa hàng FPT.
Nhân viên FPT rất vui vẻ và chu đáo.
Nhân viên kỹ thuật có rất nhiều kinh nghiệm.
Sau khi kiểm tra, họ thông báo máy bị lỗi, cần được chạy lại chương trình, và để sửa thì họ cần 30 phút.
Tôi đồng ý và ngồi chờ. Trong lúc chờ, họ có để thùng nước uống cho khách có thể uống khi chờ đợi.
Tôi cảm thấy hài lòng về cách phục vụ của nhân viên, cũng như của công ty FPT.
Nếu có mua thêm thứ gì, tôi sẽ quay trở lại đây vì thật sự thích cách ứng xử của họ.
