Trung tâm Khảo thí và Đảm bảo Chất lượng giáo dục của Khoa là đầu mối chịu trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch và tổ chức cho người học đánh giá chất lượng giảng dạy và các hoạt động đào tạo. Điều này được thể hiện rõ trong Qui chế về tổ chức và đào tạo của Trung tâm (H11.11.05.04). Ý kiến đánh giá, phản hồi từ phía người học được tập hợp, phân tích, xử lý một cách hệ thống, khoa học. Quy trình xử lý số liệu, báo cáo và phản hồi kết quả đánh giá và các hoạt động sau đánh giá được thực hiện theo đúng hướng dẫn của Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội. Đối với đánh giá môn học các chương trình đào tạo hiện hành, kết quả khảo sát từ sinh viên được gửi trực tiếp cho giảng viên, chủ nhiệm Bộ môn, chủ nhiệm Khoa nhằm mục đích cải tiến, nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy và tổ chức đào tạo, đồng thời sẽ giúp giảng viên tự điều chỉnh phương pháp giảng dạy của mình để thu hút người học, đồng thời Khoa có cơ sở khắc phục những tồn tại và có biện pháp cải tiến nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo. Đối với đánh giá chương trình đào tạo nhằm mục đích xây dựng, điều chỉnh chương trình đào tạo, Khoa sẽ dựa trên những phản hồi tốt để lập kế hoạch cải tiến chất lượng các hoạt động giảng dạy và căn cứ điều chỉnh chương trình đào tạo (H11.11.05.01), (H11.11.05.02),(H11.11.05.03).
