Ngày 06/01, Con của NTD (12T) sử dụng bánh mì sandwich 2 lát nhân ruốc (có HSD: 05.01.2016) có triệu chứng nôn mửa cả ngày, nên cháu đã nhập viện và xét nghiệm cháu bị ngộ độc thực phẩm (NTD bảo do ăn SP)
