3.6. Phối hợp với Bên B xử lý kịp thời những tình huống xấu xảy ra ngoài dự kiến (nếu có) trong quá trình quay tại hiện trường.
3.7. Bên A có trách nhiệm thanh toán theo đúng phương thức thanh toán đã thỏa thuận tại điều 2.2. Nếu không thanh toán đúng thời hạn qui định tại hợp đồng này, Bên B có quyền phạt 0.5%/ ngày trên giá trị chậm thanh toán.
