During the observation, I have seen everything, staff’s working styles are very professional and seriously, workspace is very quiet, they come to work on time, their uniform are polite.
After I was observed in one month at the company, I have got many experiences. I have opportunity to learn more skills. I also recognized that I needed to equip more knowledge such as language skills, computer skills, communication skills, negotiation skills. Moreover, the work requies hard work, learning and research. All people in administrative department always helped me overcome these difficulties. In the other hand, I have felt more confident and have been able to create good relationships with many people.
