Mục đích của việc áp dụng ISO là kiểm soát toàn bộ quá trình lập dự án theo đúng tiến độ và chất lượng đề ra, chỉ rõ trách nhiệm của từng cá nhân lập dự án và các cán bộ kiểm tra của đơn vị tư vấn, cán bộ kiểm tra của các PMU, đưa ra các giải pháp trong quá trình lập dự án, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng của dự án đầu tư cũng như hiệu quả của đơn vị thực hiện lập dự án.

The purpose of the application of ISO is to control the whole process of projects according to schedule and the quality of the off topic, specify the responsibilities of each individual project and the test unit's consultants, officials and inspection of the PMU, the solutions put forward in the course of project, contribute to improving the quality of investment projects as well as the efficiency of project implementation units.
