5.1 Hai bên cam kết thực hiện đúng Hợp đồng này. Trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng này nếu có trở ngại thì hai bên phải cùng bàn bạc thống nhất trên tinh thần thiện chí, trung thực và hợp tác để cùng tháo gỡ những vướng mắc đó;
