9.2 Trường hợp có bất đồng về hợp đồng này bao gồm những vấn đề liên quan đến tính hiệu lực pháp lý của hợp đồng, hoặc việc chấm dứt hợp đồng mà hai bên không thể giải quyết thông qua thương lượng thì sẽ đưa Tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Thành phố Hà Nội Việt Nam.
9.3 Phán quyết của tòa án này sẽ là cuối cùng và hai bên có nghĩa vụ bắt buộc phải tuân theo. Mọi chi phí phát sinh liên quan đến việc xét xử do bên thua chịu trừ khi hai bên có quy định khác.
9.4 Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký đến hết ngày 30 tháng 6 năm 2016. Sau khi hai bên thực hiện xong các nghĩa vụ của mình quy định trong Hợp đồng, trong 15 ngày không có kiến nghị bằng văn bản thì Hợp đồng mặc nhiên được thanh lý.

9.2 where there is disagreement on this contract include the problems relating to the legal effect of the contract or the termination of the contract that the two sides could not resolve through negotiation then will take the Court of competent jurisdiction in the city of Hanoi, Vietnam.9.3 the ruling of this Court will be final and the two sides have obligations required to adhere. All costs incurred related to the trial because the loser bear unless the two parties otherwise.9.4 this contract takes effect from the date of signing to the end on June 30, 2016. After the two sides completed the obligations stipulated in the contract, for 15 days without petition in writing, the contract is liquidated.

9.2 Where there is disagreement on this contract include issues related to the legal validity of the contract, or the termination of the contract that the parties can not resolve through negotiation the court takes competence in Hanoi Vietnam.
9.3 of this court ruling will be final and both parties are obliged to follow mandatory. All expenses incurred in relation to the adjudication by the losing party unless both parties have stated.
9.4 The contract takes effect from the date of signing until 30 June 2016. After the two sides made completed its obligations stipulated in the contract, in 15 days without the written petition, the contract is automatically liquidated.
