** Công tác tuyển dụng và đào tạo:
- Tham gia tiếp nhận các nhu cầu tuyển dụng của các phòng ban, lập kế hoạch và triển khai kế hoạch tuyển dụng theo yêu cầu của các phòng ban.
- Soạn thảo và ban hành các thông báo tuyển dụng.
- Liên hệ tìm kiếm nguồn ứng viên qua các kênh đăng tuyển thông qua các website tuyển dụng, các trung tâm giới thiệu việc làm, hội chợ việc làm …
- Nhận, phân loại, sàng lọc hồ sơ, tổ chức thi tuyển, soạn thảo thư mời, thương thảo về lương, thưởng, chế độ đãi ngộ với ứng viên mới, làm các thủ tục tiếp nhận, hoàn thiện hồ sơ.
- Xây dựng và phát triển các kênh truyền thông tuyển dụng, các mối quan hệ với đối tác và ứng viên bên ngoài để mở rộng các kênh lựa chọn, tìm kiếm nguồn ứng viên chất lượng, hiệu quả.
- Lập chương trình đào tạo định kỳ và đánh giá kết quả đào tạo.
- Trực tiếp tổ chức, tham gia việc huấn luyện cho người lao động mới vào công ty về lịch sử hình thành, chính sách, nội quy lao động...
- Thông báo kết quả phỏng vấn cho ứng viên trúng tuyển.
- Tham gia chuẩn bị tiếp nhận nhân viên mới, xây dựng tài liệu và tổ chức đào tạo hội nhập cho nhân viên mới theo đúng quy trình tuyển dụng.
- Thực hiên quy trình bố trí nhân sự theo tình hình thực tế của công ty và theo chỉ đạo của trưởng phòng.
- Cập nhật và quản lý các file thông tin ứng viên, lưu trữ bảo quản hồ sơ CNV toàn bộ nhà máy theo cách thức khoa học, dễ tìm nhất, tránh thất lạc, mất hồ sơ.
- Theo dõi việc ký kết hợp đồng lao động công nhân mới
- Tham gia họp xử lý kỷ luật lao động.
- Giải đáp thắc mắc cho người lao động
- Duy trì mối quan hệ với các đối tác cung ứng nguồn nhân lực, cơ sở đào tạo nguồn nhân lực để đảm bảo ứng viên cho các đợt tuyển dụng
- Xây dựng, duy trì mối quan hệ cá nhân phục vụ cho việc tiếp cận nguồn tuyển dụng từ bên ngoài.

** Công tác ATLĐ, ATVSTP, PCCC:
- Đào tạo, huấn luyện nội quy, An toàn lao động, an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm phòng cháy chữa cháy.
- Thực hiện đinh kỳ các báo cáo về lao động, môi trường, an ninh người phóng xạ, về PCCC, an toàn vệ sinh lao động, an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm cho các Sở, ban ngành liên quan.
- Tiếp các đoàn thanh tra của nhà nước, như công an, thanh tra lao động, phòng cháy chữa cháy,…
- Tổ chức khám sức khỏe định kỳ cho người lao động.
