although Starbucks was just entering Vietnam coffee market is less than 2 years, Starbucks did not stop the construction, development and growing, and creating fierce competition with other coffee brands in country. Not stopping there, Starbucks today has become a close friend of the people, through the active links between businesses and customers. Indeed, Starbucks has provided services please and satisfy consumers Vietnam. This is the content of my research paper "Customer service of Starbucks Coffee in Vietnam".
