Để thực hiện chính sách thu hút nguồn nhân lực giảng viên chất lượng cao, Khoa Luật đã ký hợp đồng đối với một số cán bộ viên chức là cử nhân/thạc sĩ đạt thành tích nổi bật trong học tập về công tác tại khoa. Tuy nhiên, Khoa Luật đã yêu cầu cán bộ viên chức ký cam kết trong trường hợp không hoàn thành chương trình học đạt chuẩn theo tiến độ, trong trường hợp cán bộ viên chức đã cam kết nhưng không hoàn thành sẽ bị chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động hoặc chuyển sang công tác khác (H6.06.09.02).
