(g) Có quyền từ chối nhận Sản phẩm trong trường hợp AHS giao Sản phẩm không đúng mẫu thiết kế đã thỏa thuận và/hoặc giao chậm tiến độ đã quy định.
(h) Được hưởng dịch vụ bảo hành sản phẩm từ phía AHS và có quyền yêu cầu bên AHS thanh toán hoặc khấu trừ khi thanh toán trong trường hợp phải thuê dịch vụ bảo hành bên ngoài khi bên AHS không thực hiện đúng nghĩa vụ bảo hành.
