Chương 2: Thực tiễn các vấn đề liên quan đến việc bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích của whistle-blower:

2.2. Quan điểm riêng của nhóm nghiên cứu về whistle-blower, đề xuất một số kiến nghị nhằm bảo vệ quyền & lợi ích của whistle-blower và các vấn đề có liên quan.
