(“Sản Phẩm”) là tài sản duy nhất và độc quyền của Bên A và Bên A có toàn quyền tự mình và/hoặc cho phép bên thứ ba bất kỳ, đăng tải và/hoặc sử dụng một phần và/hoặc toàn bộ các Sản Phẩm đó trên các trang facebook và các diễn đàn khác (i) bằng bất kỳ phương thức/cách thức nào, (ii) vào mọi thời điểm, cho dù trong Thời Hạn hoặc sau khi kết thúc Thời Hạn, không bị giới hạn về lãnh thổ, (iii) cho bất kỳ mục đích nào (thương mại hoặc phi thương mại), (iv) mà không phải trả bất kỳ khoản phí nào cho Bên B và/hoặc bất kỳ bên liên quan khác, và (v) không cần phải có sự phê duyệt của Bên B và/hoặc bất kỳ bên liên quan khác. Bên B chịu trách nhiệm ký kết các hợp đồng/thỏa thuận và/hoặc đạt được mọi chấp thuận cần thiết để đảm bảo mục đích của Điều này.
