Tôi vào làm việc ở Hanosimex được 6 năm, đúng vào thời gian có nhiều biến động trong Tổng Công ty. Vì thế, tôi phải chuyển qua 3 địa điểm khác nhau. Làm ở Hà Nội được 2 năm, tôi phải chuyển về nhà máy ở Vinh (Nghệ An), tiếp đó lại chuyển sang Bắc Ninh và bây giờ là Đồng Văn (Hà Nam). Có một số đồng nghiệp trong quá trình di dời đã không trụ lại. Nhưng tôi xác định đây là nghề của mình, và tin tưởng vào sự Lãnh đạo của Tổng Công ty, sẽ chèo lái qua những khó khăn, chỉ cần mình kiên trì, sát cánh cùng với mọi thay đổi, vượt qua thách thức trong thời gian cần thay đổi thì mọi việc sẽ tốt đẹp. Cũng nhờ công việc mà tôi đã tìm được người bạn đời của mình. Hai vợ chồng cùng làm ở Hanosimex, được cùng chuyển về Đồng Văn. Hiện chúng tôi đang thuê nhà trọ và được Nhà máy Sợi Đồng Văn hỗ trợ tiền thuê nhà hàng tháng. Hơn nữa, Nhà máy Sợi Đồng Văn được trang bị máy móc rất hiện đại, tính ổn định cao, thao tác công nhân ít, nên công nhân đỡ vất vả mà hiệu suất lại cao.

Kể từ khi chuyển về Đồng Văn, cuộc sống của chúng tôi đã được ổn định. Giá cả sinh hoạt ở đây cũng không đắt đỏ, với đồng lương của hai vợ chồng cùng làm việc trong Nhà máy, chúng tôi đủ lo cho chi phí sinh hoạt hàng ngày, có tích lũy để mua được xe máy và sau này sẽ mua nhà riêng.
