10/ Hoàn thiện hệ thống nội đồng
Đẩy nhanh tiến độ công tác dồn điền đổi thửa và san bằng đồng ruộng nhằm tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho áp dụng cơ giớ hóa trong sản xuất nông nghiệp và điều tiết nước mặt ruộng.
