Tất cả các khoản thanh toán được thực hiện bằng tiền đồng Việt Nam (VND) và tất cả các khoản tính bằng tiền đô la Mỹ (USD) sẽ được chuyển đổi thành tiền đồng Việt Nam (VND) theo mức tỷ giá bình quân mua vào và bán ra của Ngân hàng Ngoại thương Việt Nam công bố tại thời điểm thanh toán. Bên B có thể chỉ định đại diện để chi trả cho Bên B tất cả hoặc bất kỳ phần nào của Tiền đặc cọc và/hoặc Tiền thuê đất
