Khách gọi điện đặt buồng, thông báo se mang theo 1 con chó, yêu cầu khách sạn phục vụ. bạn sẽ làm gì: (thông tin gì cho khách)
-nhấc máy, chào khách, xưng tên khách sạn, sẵn sàng chờ phục vụ
-hỏi khách về nhu cầu đặt buồng, làm thủ tục nhận đặt buồng cho khách
-xin lỗi, thông báo nội qui khách sạn không cho phép mang súc vật nuôi vào buồng ngủ và các khu dịch vụ
-gợi ý khách sẽ thu xếp 1 chỗ cho chú chó trong hoặc ngoài ksạn (vườn, cũi, nhà xe…)
-thuyết phục khách đồng ý để không ảnh hưởng đến khách khác.
-hứa hẹn ksạn sẽ chăm lo chu đáo cho chú chó
+nếu đồng ý : ghi rõ yêu cầu của khách vào phiếu đặt buồng, thông báo khoản tiền khách phải thanh toán
+nếu không đồng ý: xin ý kiến lãnh đạo để giải quyết và thông báo lại cho khách
-cảm ơn và hẹn gặp lại
