Tùy theo tính chất, loại văn bản, nội dung DTVB và chức năng, nhiệm vụ của từng Đơn vị nghiệp vụ tại HO, Đơn vị soạn thảo phải gửi DTVB cho các đơn vị nghiệp vụ có liên quan để kiểm tra/rà soát nội dung. Trong phạm vi chức năng nhiệm vụ của mình, các Đơn vị nghiệp vụ tiến hành kiểm tra/rà soát DTVB theo thẩm quyền đối với các văn bản yêu cầu phải kiểm tra rà soát và phản hồi kết quả kiểm tra/rà soát cho đơn vị soạn thảo biết
