Thời gian qua, nhân dân Thủ đô đã tổ chức đóng góp nhiều ý kiến vào các văn kiện trình Đại hội XII của Đảng; tổ chức nhiều phong trào thi đua sâu rộng, chào mừng Đại hội lần thứ XII của Đảng.
