Dự án này nhằm hỗ trợ xây dựng mạng lưới các hộ trồng hoa gồm cả nhóm người Kinh và đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số tại địa phương, cải thiện cách tiếp cận của người trồng hoa đến các dịch vụ kỹ thuật và thu mua sản phẩm xuất khẩu do Công ty thực hiện.
Kết quả của dự án này có thể được giám sát thông quá các chỉ số thành công của dự án.
