Tôi rất vui khi trong năm vừa rồi, số lượng khách hàng của Công ty tăng lên, công việc nhiều hơn và số lượng nhân viên cũng tăng thêm gấp đôi. Đương nhiên là tôi cũng rất vui khi số lượng công việc của nhân sự và pháp lý đều tăng lên tương ứng. Có những lúc tôi cảm tưởng như quá tải, nhưng nhờ có sự giúp đỡ của đồng nghiệp mà tôi đã vượt qua giai đoạn này và hoàn thành công việc được giao. Tuy nhiên điều đáng tiếc là đôi khi tôi vẫn có những lỗi không mong muốn trong công việc. Tôi đã ghi lại những lỗi này để khắc phục và mong muốn cải thiện kĩ năng của mình nhiều hơn nữa, hoàn thành công việc tốt hơn và đóng góp cho Công ty được nhiều hơn trong năm 2017 cũng như những năm tiếp theo.
