1. Vùng nguyên liệu bảo đảm do ban quản lý đề án trực tiếp đầu tư và quản lý với diện tích từ 500 - 900 Ha, được đầu tư đồng bộ:
- Kiến thiết đồng ruộng (phân lộ, bao đê, đường nội đồng, hệ tưới tiêu, đường kết nối (thủy và bộ…) với mạng giao thông hiện hữu…vv)
- Công nghệ canh tác lúa sạch (GLOBALGAP - LƯƠNG THỰC SẠCH THẾ GIỚI) với chất lượng gạo và năng suất cao
- Công nghệ thu hoạch và sau thu hoạch
- Tiêu thụ sản phẩm sau thu hoạch để bảo đảm nâng cao thu nhập từ canh tác lúa cho nông dân tham gia thực hiện đề án
- Tiêu thụ lúa, gạo có giá trị cao của nông nghiệp Việt Nam trên các thị trường nước ngoài, thị trường khó tính có yêu cầu với giá cạnh tranh.

1. The raw materials guaranteed by direct investment and project management with an area of 500-900 Hectares, are investing in sync:-Set fields (manure, cover, road, irrigation system, a link (and ...) with existing transport network... etc.)-Rice farming technology (GLOBALGAP-CLEAN FOOD world) with high-yield and rice quality-Harvest and technology after harvest-Consume products after harvesting to ensure income from rice cultivation to farmers participated in the project-Rice consumption, rice has a high value of Vietnam agriculture on the foreign market, fastidious market require at competitive prices.

1. The material ensures management in direct investment projects and manage the area from 500-900 Ha, synchronous investment:
- construction of fields (distribution route, which recommended, infield road , irrigation systems, road connections (water and the ...) with the existing transport network ... etc)
- Clean Technology rice cultivation (GLOBALGAP - CLEAN FOOD WORLD) with rice quality and high productivity
- Technology harvest and post-harvest
- consumption products after harvest to ensure improvement of income from rice farming to farmers participating in the scheme
- Consumption of rice high value of agriculture in Vietnam on the foreign market, discerning market requirements at a competitive price.
