Các doanh nghiệp khi đưa ra bất kỳ quyết định nào đều đòi hỏi sự hiểu biết nhất định về hệ thống pháp lý cũng như quyền lợi và nghĩa vụ của bản thân theo luật pháp hiện hành. Môn học này giới thiệu những kiến thức pháp lý cơ bản trong kinh doanh quốc tế. Hệ thống pháp lý gồm: điều kiện thương mại quốc tế - INCOTERMS; Công ước Bern về sở hữu trí tuệ; UCP- 600 - Qui tắc thống nhất và thực hành tín dụng chứng từ; ISBP – Tập quán ngân hàng theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế áp dụng cho việc kiểm tra chứng từ trong phương thức thanh toán tín dụng chứng từ; những quy định của WTO về thương mại hàng hóa và dịch vụ; các hiệp định thương mại song phương và đa phương trên thế giới và Việt Nam

The businesses when making any decision would require a certain understanding of the legal system as well as the rights and obligations of itself according to the applicable law. This course introduces the basic legal knowledge in international business. The legal system, including:-international trade terms INCOTERMS; The Bern Convention on intellectual property; UCP-600-uniform rules and practices of credit vouchers; ISBP-Bank practices according to international standards that apply to the check in voucher credit payment vouchers; the rules of the WTO on the trade of goods and services; the bilateral trade agreements and the multilateral world and Vietnam
