8.15 Những sự cố xảy ra tương ứng với những điều dưới đây sẽ không được coi là miễn trách nhiệm đối với bên B:
- Có thể dự phòng nhưng do lười biếng, lơ là để sự cố xảy ra.
- Khi có sự cố xảy ra trong khu vực bảo vệ, nhân viên bảo vệ của Bên B có khả năng phát hiện, xử lý nhưng cố tình không phát hiện sớm, không báo cáo và xử lý kịp thời gây tác hại lớn hơn, có ý đồ xấu hoặc không chấp hành các nội quy của Bên A.
