Tiền thuê và Phí Dịch Vụ của vị trí mới chỉ được tính kể từ ngày Bên B chính thức khai trương cửa hàng tại vị trí mới, sau khoảng thời gian thiết kế, thi công cửa hàng (Để làm rõ, thời gian thiết kế và thi công gian hàng mới vẫn là 100 ngày kể từ ngày 2 bên thống nhất phương án dịch chuyển sang vị trí mới).
