Hằng năm, dư nợ tăng trưởng bình quân 10%. Mới đây, Chính phủ ban hành thêm chính sách tín dụng đối với hộ cận nghèo và tăng thêm mức vay đối với HSSV nghèo, có hoàn cảnh khó khăn. Yêu cầu mới đặt ra cho VBSP phải có nguồn vốn lớn, ổn định.
