Khách hàng vay vốn của Ngân hàng phải đảm bảo các nguyên tắc sau:
+ Sử dụng vốn vay đúng mục đích đã thỏa thuận trong hợp đồng tín dụng
+ Hoàn trả nợ gốc và lãi tiền vay đúng hạn đã thỏa thuận trong hợp đồng tín dụng
+ Việc đảm bảo tiền vay phải đúng quy định
