Đề tài được thực hiện thông qua 3 thí nghiệm: (i) khảo sát sự ảnh hưởng của tỉ lệ dung môi pha động đến hiệu lực tách của phương pháp, (ii) khảo sát sự ảnh hưởng của tốc độ dòng đến hiệu lực tách của phương pháp , (iii) xác định hàm lượng Vitamin A từ các nguồn dầu khác nhau bằng hệ thống HPLC.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The subject is made through 3 experiment: (i) survey of the influence of the ratio of the solvent phase to separate the effect of the method, (ii) survey of the influence of the line speed to separate the effect of the method, (iii) determine the Vitamin A from different oil sources by HPLC system.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:
