- Theo tình hình tài chính thực tế các khu phố và Phương án điều chỉnh PQL các khu phố tại từng thời điểm được BTGĐ phê duyệt;
- Biên bản cuộc họp vào ngày 02/8/2016 , về việc thống nhất TTPVKH chủ động xuất hóa đơn thanh toán tiền phí vận hành;
- Kính trình BTGĐ phương án triển khai thực hiện công tác thu tiền phí vận hành các khu phố, cụ thể như sau:
+ Thời điểm thanh toán: từ tháng 1/2016 đến tháng 7/2016 tiến hành thanh toán 1 lần, kể từ tháng 8/2016 thanh toán định kỳ hàng tháng.
+ Từ ngày 1-5 hàng tháng, TTPVKH xuất hóa đơn và làm thủ tục thanh toán phí vận hành.
+ Số tiền thanh toán căn cứ vào phương án PQL hiện hành và cập nhật khi có điều chỉnh PQL các khu phố được BTGĐ phê duyệt.
