Các Bên tại đây thống nhất rằng, Bên Bán chỉ đồng ý bán Căn Hộ cho Bên Mua với điều kiện Bên Mua cam kết và đồng ý rằng sau khi ký Biên Bản Bàn Giao Căn Hộ, Bên Mua sẽ ký một Hợp Đồng Chương Trình Cho Thuê Căn Hộ Khách Sạn với Bên Bán (“Hợp Đồng CTCTCHKS”) và đưa Căn Hộ tham gia vào và tuân theo Chương Trình Cho Thuê Căn Hộ quy định tại Hợp Đồng CTCTCHKS.

The parties here agree that, the seller just agreed to sell Apartments to the buyer on the condition that the buyer undertakes and agrees that after signing the minutes hand over the apartment, the buyer will sign a Lease Contract the apartment Hotel with the seller ("CTCTCHKS Contract") and put the flat participation in and compliance with Program provisions of Apartment Rental Contract CTCTCHKS.
