Yêu cầu về nhật ký giao dịch điện tử:
- Nhật ký giao dịch điện tử phải được lưu trữ trong thời gian tối thiểu 10 năm, kể từ thời điểm thực hiện giao dịch thành công;
- Bảo đảm việc theo dõi nhật ký giao dịch điện tử và tra cứu thông tin trên hệ thống trao đổi dữ liệu điện tửtrong thời gian lưu trữ.
