Đời sống kinh tế - xã hội Việt Nam ngày càng phát triển. Trong những
năm gần đây, nước ta đã giảm nhanh được tình trạng nghèo đói, bước đầu
xây dựng nền kinh tế công nghiệp hóa, đạt được tốc độ tăng trưởng kinh tế
cao đi đôi với sự cân bằng tương đối trong xã hội. Mức sống của người dân
ngày càng được cải thiện, tuổi thọ trung bình và tỷ lệ người cao tuổi ở Việt
Nam và đặc biệt ở các thành phố lớn ngày một tăng, nhu cầu được nghỉ ngơi
trong môi trường không khí trong lành ngày càng được chú trọng, đặc biệt là
nhu cầu nghỉ dưỡng và chăm sóc sức khoẻ người cao tuổi. Trong cuộc sống
hiện đại, xu hướng người cao tuổi đến các khu nghỉ dưỡng trong lành và
chăm sóc sức khoẻ sẽ trở thành một xu hướng tất yếu trong tương lai.
Qua nghiên cứu và phân tích, chúng tôi thấy rằng xây dựng khu nghỉ
dưỡng hiện đại đạt tiêu chuẩn dành cho người cao tuổi là giải pháp tốt nhất
cho những gia đình có điều kiện kinh tế nhưng không có thời gian. Chúng
tôi xin đề xuất đồ án tốt nghiệp “Dự án xây dựng Khu nghỉ dưỡng và chăm
sóc sức khoẻ người cao tuổi” với mong muốn đáp ứng nhu cầu về sức khoẻ
và an dưỡng của người cao tuổi trên địa bàn thành phố Hà Nội, góp phần
thực hiện chính sách và mục tiêu phát triển của nước ta về chăm sóc sức
khoẻ người cao tuổi và phát triển cơ sở hạ tầng đô thị. Bên cạnh đó, dự án
này cũng góp phần tạo điều kiện công ăn việc làm cho lao động dư thừa trên
địa bàn.

Social-economic life of Vietnam is increasingly growing. In life modern trends of the elderly to the fresh and resorts health care will become an inevitable trend in the future. Through research and analysis, we found that the construction of the resort modern standard for the elderly is the best solution for the family with economic conditions but do not have the time. They I would propose the thesis "the project to build a resort and health care of the elderly "with the desire to meet the needs of health and health resorts of the elderly in the city of Hanoi, contribute policy and the development of our country on health care incapacitated elderly and develop urban infrastructure. Besides, the project also contribute to facilitate jobs for surplus workers on the local address table.

care of the elderly health" with the desire to meet the needs of health
and nursing of the elderly in the province of Hanoi and contribute to

and elderly healthy development of urban infrastructure. Besides, the project
also contributes to facilitating employment for surplus labor in the
province.
