Dear Mr Kim,
Tôi rất lấy làm tiếc & xin lỗi bạn vì những gì đã xảy ra trong vài ngày vừa qua. Thực tế chúng tôi đã gặp phải những bất lợi về nhân lực gây ra việc chậm trễ tiến độ khoảng 3 ngày (tôi đã loại bỏ một số công nhân vì chất lượng không đạt)
Như bạn đã biết, bản thân tôi phải kiểm soát và chuẩn bị rất nhiều công việc cho dự án. Có một vài nguyên nhân như sau :
1/ Người phụ trách chính tại công trường của tôi là Mr Tan & Mr Duong chứ không phải là ai khác. Bạn không nên liên lạc với Mr Son (Tien Manh engineer). Từ ngày mai tôi sẽ cho thôi việc kĩ sư này.
2/ Tôi biết Insung tại Việt Nam không có quá nhiều người nên những việc gì kiểm soát được chúng tôi sẽ chủ động để bạn không phải quá bận rộn. Về tài liệu & các quy trình khác với GS tôi hy vọng bạn & các nhân viên người Việt Nam sẽ hỗ trợ chúng tôi nhiều hơn.
3/ Về nhân lực & vật liệu (machine & form ỏ smth)
- Ngay lúc này tôi vẫn đang vận chuyển vật liệu về Tien Manh yard ở bên ngoài để chuẩn bị cho công việc ngày mai.
- Hiện tại chúng tôi đang có công nhân thép & cốp pha : 12 người, công nhân setup HDPE pile ngày mai có 6 người.
- Trong thứ 3 tuần tới chúng tôi sẽ tăng cường thêm nhân lực cho rebar & form.
4/ Tiến độ :
Theo tiến độ của việc rải asphalt lần 2 vào khoảng 12thNov chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ hoàn thành.
Chúng tôi sẽ có kế hoạch làm thêm giờ trong những ngày tới.

The fact we've encountered the disadvantage of causing the delays the progress of about 3 days (I've removed some workers because the quality is not achieved) As you know, I myself must control and prepare a lot of work for the project. There are a few causes are as follows:1/the person in charge at the school is Mr Tan & Mr Duong rather than anyone else. You should not contact Mr G (Tien Manh engineer). From tomorrow I am going to quit this engineer.2/I know Vietnam at Insung no too many people should control what we will proactively so you are not too busy. About documents & other processes with the GS I hope you & the Vietnam staff member who will support us even more.3/About manpower & materials (machine & form in smth)-Right now I'm still transported materials on Vulnerable yard outside Tien to prepare for work tomorrow.-Currently we are steel formwork & workers: 12 people, workers pile tomorrow have PE setup 6.-3rd In the coming weeks we will increase more manpower for rebar & form.4/progress: According to the progress of the sprayed asphalt 2 times about 12thNov we will surely complete. As you know, I have to control myself and a lot of work to prepare for the project. There are several reasons as follows:
1 / The person in charge of my own at the site is Mr Tan & Mr Duong rather than anyone else. You should not contact Mr Son (Tien Manh engineer). From tomorrow I would dismiss this engineer.
2 / I know Insung in Vietnam should not have too many things to control what we will proactively so you're not too busy. About Document & other processes with GS I hope you & Vietnam office staff will support us more.
3 / On the human & material (machine & form is in smth)
- Right now I'm still materials being transported on Tien Manh yard outside to prepare for work tomorrow.
- Currently we are formwork & steel workers: 12 people, workers pile setup tomorrow HDPE 6 people.
- in the 3rd week we will further strengthen human resources for rebar & form.
4 / progress:
the progress of the asphalt paving around 12thNov 2nd we will certainly complete.
we'll plan on doing overtime in the coming days.
