Ngân hàng sẽ từ chối thanh toán LC trong trường hợp hàng hóa không đảm bảo quy cách và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng được quy định trên hợp đồng, dựa trên kết quả kiểm định của cơ quan kiểm định độc lập.

The Bank will refuse to pay the LC in the case of goods is not guaranteed specifications and quality standards are specified on the contract, based on the audit results the Audit Agency's independence.

Bank will refuse payment LC in case the goods are not sure how regulations and quality standards otherwise stated in the contract, based on inspection results of independent testing agencies.
