Trong 3 năm tới tôi sẽ cố gắng hoàn thành tốt công việc,nhiệm vụ đựơc giao đồng thời không bỏ qua cơ hội phấn đấu để được đề bạt,bổ nhiệm là Trưởng Phòng Giao dịch ,hoặc Giám Đốc Chi Nhánh Ngân Hàng tại. Mục tiêu phấn đấu của tôi trong 3 năm tới là tên tuổi của mình sẽ gắn liền với sự thành đạt và phát triển của Ngân Hàng .
