Tham vấn cộng đồng đã được tổ

Tham vấn cộng đồng đã được tổ chức tại UBND các huyện trong khu vực dự án, chú trọng các xã Kim Chính và Thượng Kiệm thuộc Kim Sơn. Những người tham dự là đại diện của UBND phường, UBMTTQ phường, Hội Phụ nữ, Hội Nông dân, đoàn thanh niên, cán bộ địa chính... của phường và đại diện các hộ được hưởng lợi thuộc các phường trong khu vực dự án.
Nội dung cuộc họp như sau:
- Tóm tắt các thông tin về dự án;
- Các chính sách về bảo vệ môi trường của Chính phủ Việt Nam;
- Các tác động xấu đến môi trường có thể xảy ra và các biện pháp giảm thiểu;
- Kế hoạch quản lý môi trường và chương trình giám sát môi trường;
- Các cam kết của CĐT;
Các ý kiến đóng góp:
- Các ý kiến đóng góp đều đồng ý với việc xây dựng dự án và đồng ý với các tác động môi trường được đưa ra.
- Các ý kiến đóng góp khác gồm:
- CĐT phải thực hiện tốt các cam kết đã đưa ra;
- Trong giai đoạn thiết kế kỹ thuật cần phối hợp với địa phương để bố trí các vị trí công trình trên kênh phù hợp với quy hoạch tại địa phương;
- Sửa chữa các hư hỏng trên tuyến đường giao thông, nếu có do các hoạt động giao thông của dự án gây ra.
Ý kiến phản hồi của CĐT:
- CĐT tiếp thu các ý kiến đóng góp để có những hiệu chỉnh kịp thời trong hồ sơ thiết kế;
- Cam kết thực hiện tốt các biện pháp giảm thiểu những tác động xấu đến môi trường do các hoạt động của dự án.
- Có số điện thoại, địa chỉ, người liên hệ và tiếp nhận thông tin, phản hồi của cộng đồng trong suốt thời gian triển khai thực hiện dự án;
- Phối kết hợp các cơ quan hữu quan để triển khai nhanh chóng, hiệu quả;
- Có phương án thi công và công khai thông tin trên các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng khu vực dự án.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Community consultation was held at the PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE in the area of the project, focus on the Main and upper Metal Township in Kim son Savings. The participants are representative of the 9TH Ward, Ward, women, youth, farmers, indigenous officers ... of wards and representation of households benefited in the ward in the project area. The content of the meeting is as follows:-Summary information about the project;-The environmental policy of the Government of Vietnam;-The adverse impact to the environment can occur and mitigation measures;-Environmental management plans and environmental monitoring programs;-The commitment of the INVESTORS;The comments: -The comments agreed with the construction project and agree with the environmental impact is given. -The comments other contributors include: -INVESTORS have to make good the commitment was given; -The technical design stage should coordinate with local to the location of the works on the channel fits with local planning; -Repair of damaged roads, if there is active traffic caused by the project's cause.Comments of the SVO: -INVESTORS absorb comments contribute to the timely correction of the profile design;-Committed to implementation of the measures to mitigate the adverse impact on the environment due to the project's activities.-Has your phone number, address, contact person and receive information, the community's feedback during implementation of the project;-Combine the authorities to deploy quickly and efficiently;-Have construction and public information on the mass media project area.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Community consultation was held in DPCs in the project area, focusing on the Main and Upper Kiem Kim of Kim Son. The participants are representatives of the ward People's Committee and Fatherland Front Ward, Women, Peasants, youth, administration officials ... Ward and representatives of beneficiary households in the area of the ward plan Project.
Content meetings as follows:
- Summary information about the project;
- The policy on environmental protection by the Government of Vietnam
- The adverse environmental impacts that may occur and measures mitigation;
- environmental management plan and environmental monitoring program;
- The commitment of the Investor;
These comments:
- The comments agree to the construction of the project and agree with Environmental impacts are in place.
- The other suggestions are:
- Investor to make good the commitments made;
- In the engineering design stage should coordinate with local authorities to arrange the position channel construction work consistent with local planning;
- Repair of damaged roads, where traffic due to the activities of the project caused.
The feedback of the Investor:
- CDT Next collect feedback to the timely adjustment in design documents;
- Commitment to implement measures to mitigate the negative environmental impact caused by the activities of the project.
- Having phone numbers , address, contact person and receive information, the feedback of the community during project implementation;
- Coordinate the concerned agencies to deploy fast and efficient;
- Having public construction projects and information on the mass media project area.
